As a business owner or manager of a small business, you can't be afraid to take some risk. In your case, you assumed all risk when you "accepted money for services..." (LJZTT 17:32:11 06/17/11) As troubling as the situation is, it's not as bad as it appears. I would offer you to [learn] from this event and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Even if it kills you. The rewarding effect is that you will be well-respected in the long run, and for that reason your reputation will flourish. Be careful though, some really are out to pay nothing for your services and that's when you present them with your "terms" and "conditions". I have to agree though, calling 5-O was a bit extreme but I'm sure the officer got a kick out of it. If building-swapping-fixing-tuning Z's is your passion or hobby, then it shouldn't be a problem to make the situation right and look forward to bigger and better opportunities. Good luck!
